You can place an order on line. You are able to view the summary of your order before validating it.
Shortly after you have placed an order with artilege.com, an e-mail will be sent to you acknowledging the receipt of your order. Within a maximum of 4 business days, an acknowledgment of the exact details of you order will be sent to you. This acknowledgment means that we fully accept your order.
Customers are fully responsible for the information they communicate when placing their orders. In case of wrong delivery name or address, artilege.com cannot be held responsible for not delivering the product. Extra delivery charge due to the customer's error will be invoiced to the latter. By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. By placing an order you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Depending on the products, our goods can be delivered by mail service, by parcel delivery service in case of small parcels, by a trucking company in case of large bulky goods or by the craftsman in case of specific furniture. The delivery method is indicated in the description form of each product.
The products are delivered at the address indicated on the order placed by the customer and can only be handed to the addressee when he has signed the delivery note.

The delivery charge and return costs will not be refunded.
Delivery by a trucking company, the producer or craftsman phone appointment is made with the customerin order to arrange the delivery. In case of non respect of the appointment by the customer, further additional costs will be borne by the latter.

Except for specific delivery conditions indicated in the product information of the item, delivery timing is indicated for each product.
Earlier delivery may be requested by the customer but it will have to be accepted expressly and in writing by artilege.com.
Late deliveries can in no circumstances allow for damages and artilege.com cannot be held responsible for them.
Any order change will lead to a consequent change of delivery timing.
Following cases will be considered as force majeure and relieve artilege.com of its delivery obligation : war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents ,impossibility for artilege.com to be supplied, interruption or transport delay.
Artilege.com will inform the customer of any potential delivery delay.
Artilege.com reserves the possibility to split the deliveries because of the products diverse sources and of their hand-crafted character.
In case of dispatching timing which is longer than indicated on the product description form, artilege.com commits to inform the customer as soon as possible and by whatever means so that the customer can choose to keep or cancel all or part of his/her order.
In case of obvious disrespect of the delivery timing which is indicated in the product description form, the customer can cancel his/her order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Artilege.com, Route des eaux, 63530 Sayat, France. The cancellation will only be taken into consideration by artilege.com if the dispatch or the delivery has not taken place between the sending and the reception of the letter. The customer will be refunded within a time of maximum 30 days following the receipt of the registered letter by artilege.com.
In any case, an on time delivery will only take place if the customer has duly met his/her obligations towards artilege.com.

Any claim will indicate the order number and the delivery note number. If the customer does not issue a claim or does not express any reserves within 48 hours after reception of the goods, the goods will be considered as being in good shape.

All products sold by artilege.com are protected by a copyright and the customer shall not reproduce the drawings and patterns. In case he/she did so, he/she would be fully liable for it.

Article 7 – retractation right
In accordance with the clause L 121-20 of the consumption code, the consumer has the possibility to retract within 7 business days
However, in compliance with the clause L 121-20-2, this retractation right cannot be exercised for goods which have been made according to the customer's specifications or clearly customized.
Artilege.com therefore informs the customer that the retractation right cannot be exercised for tailor-made or specifically ordered products Unwanted products may be returned for a refund or exchange (except for original delivery charge and return costs by returning them within 7 French business days of reception. When this deadline expires on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, it is extended to the next first business day.

The return of unwanted products will only be accepted for the products which are unused and in the original packaging and condition, with all accessories and labels. A copy of the purchasing invoice, possible customs documents and correctly filled in return form have to be sent back with the products.
Any goods which will be sent back incomplete or spoiled, damaged, modified, used or washed by the customer will not be taken back, unless written prior acceptance by artilege.com Customer Department.
This right does not apply to products which have been made or ordered to a customer's specification.
In case the customer chooses to retract, artilege.com refunds the price of the returned goods in a maximum time limit of 30 days, starting from the receipt of the returned goods. Refund will be done on artilege.com decision by either crediting the bank account of the credit card which had been used to pay the goods or by cheque sent to the customer order and address.

A few days after we receive the customer's letter, artilege.com will send him/her a return form that he/she will absolutely have to send together with the returned goods. For all EU countries and Dom Tom, French VAT is applied on prices exclusive of VAT. French VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from goods dispatched to non-EU countries.
