Artilege.com allows you to cancel all or part of your order before it is dispatched. This goes well beyond the legal cancellation clauses stipulated by the law in the context of the retraction right.

After having checked the status of your order on the web site www.artilege.com in the column "my account", you just have to send an e-mail by using the column "contact us" and indicate your customer code, your order number and the article(s) that you wish to cancel.

As long as the products have not been dispatched, the order cancellation is immediately taken into account, free of cancellation charges, and your money is refunded.
