I want to retract after reception of my order
You have the right to retract within 7 business days for all products except for those which have been made or ordered to a customer's specification.
Unwanted products may be returned for a refund or exchange (except for original delivery charge and return costs). Please return them within 7 French business days of reception (validity being the shipping date of the parcel). When this deadline expires on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, it is extended to the next first business day.
In order to obtain a refund, you must previously notify artilege.com of your intention to cancel your contract by sending a recorded letter to below address :

A few days after we receive your letter, we will send you a return form that you will absolutely have to send together with the returned goods. Without this form, we will not be able to deal with the returned products. You will have to send back the product(s) to the name and address indicated on the return form.
Please note :
You can return any unwanted products as long as they are unused and in the original packaging and condition, with all accessories and labels. A copy of the purchasing invoice, possible customs documents and correctly filled in return form have to be sent back with the products.
Any goods which will be sent back incomplete or spoiled, damaged, modified, used or washed by the customer will not be taken back, unless written prior acceptance by artilege.com Customer Department.
This right does not apply to products which have been made or ordered to a customer's specification. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

Refund will be done on artilege.com decision by either crediting the bank account of the credit card which had been used to pay the goods or by cheque sent to the customer order and address.
