You receive an e-mail when your order is ready to be dispatched.

The products are delivered at the address indicated by the customer on the order and can only be delivered to the consignee in exchange for signature of the delivery note.

Delivery by mail service or by parcel delivery service :

In case the consignee is away at the time of delivery, an advice note will be left at the delivery address indicated by the customer. The parcel will have to be fetched from the place and indications given on the advice note.

Delivery by a forwarding company or by the manufacturer of the product :

Phone appointment is made in order to arrange the delivery in the best conditions.
