Artilege.com reminds you that it is your responsibility to check the good condition of the parcel before signing any delivery note presented to you.

It is also your responsibility to check the content of the parcel in the presence of the delivery man before signing the delivery note.

If the parcel looks damaged, bumped or if the content of the parcel does not correspond to the delivery note (either handed to you by the delivery man or enclosed in the parcel), you may :
- either still accept the parcel and write your observations on the delivery note before signing it,
- or refuse the parcel and write the reasons for refusal on the delivery note.
