You are of course entitled to the legal guarantee against hidden defects in pursuance of article L211-1 of the Consumer Code which is drawn from the articles 1642 to 1648 of the Civil Code.

This guarantee allows the customer who proves the existence of hidden defects to either be refunded his money and give back the product or to be partially refunded his money and keep the product.
